New York Women in Law Enforcement (NYWLE) is proud to announce the 2025 Annual NYWLE Training Conference will be held at Marriott Syracuse Downtown, located at 100 East Onondaga Street, Syracuse, NY 13202.

The three-day agenda will include several dynamic criminal justice speakers who will present topics within their fields of expertise, a leadership panel board with live Q&A, and several networking opportunities. Some of the scheduled topics include the following: Resilience & Leadership, Legal Updates, Collective Bargaining & Union Representation, Strength in Sisterhood, Wellness for Women First Responders, Blue Lives NYC, Qualities of Women & Life After Law Enforcement.

Preparations are underway for our 2025 training conference, which will be held in the Marriott Downtown, Syracuse NY. We are working on putting together a strong agenda that meets the needs of our members and are looking for your help!

If you are aware of speakers that you believe would provide valuable training for our membership, please reach out to us! We are looking for presenters who can talk about Leadership, Health and Wellness, and any new initiatives or programs that would be of interest and value to our membership.

The agenda will include several dynamic criminal justice speakers in their fields of expertise. Anticipated topics include:

Community Trust Building, Trauma Informed Approach to Lockdown Drills, Extreme Risk Protection Orders, Trauma Informed Interviews, Social Media and Communications, Personal Finance, Leadership, Legal Updates, Warrior Versus Guardian Policing, Be the Change, and Resilience in Law Enforcement.

Registration fees are $225.00 for current 2024 NYWLE members and $300.00 for non-members. This fee includes all training, a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and a Lunch and Banquet Dinner on Thursday.

The agenda will include several dynamic criminal justice speakers in their fields of expertise. Anticipated topics include:

  • The Use of Facial Recognition in Investigations
  • The Realities of Human Trafficking
  • The Cryptocurrency World
  • Preventing Tragedies by Understanding Use of Force
  • Missing Persons Clearing House
  • Dealing with Autistic Subjects,
  • Updates on Legal Issues.
