Casey Quinlan is a Senior Investigator with the New York State Office of the Attorney General. In her tenure with the Attorney General's Office she has investigated both civil and criminal matters. She was an initial member of New York’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, part of a federal pilot program that has grown into a national initiative aimed at protecting our youth from the dangers that exist in the digital world.
In this role she has investigated hundreds of Internet based crimes involving the online sexual exploitation of children, she has taught law enforcement on the topic of computer crime, digital evidence and Internet crimes against children and has spoken to parents, community groups and youth as to the dangers that exist online. Working within the Attorney General's Office and the NYS ICAC Task Force has allowed her the good fortune of working with colleagues from many different criminal justice agencies throughout New York as well as across the country. Investigator Quinlan is a graduate of Pace University and John Jay College of Criminal Justice both of which she credits for providing her with a strong foundation for the work she does today.
