When should I arrive?
For those arriving Tuesday there are a slew of activities to participate in:
*Cascades Indoor Waterpark will be available for $20.00 / day. Starlight arcade is just outside the Water Park entrance.
**Greek Peak Outdoor Adventure Center has Dual Zip lines, a High Peaks Challenge Course, Twin Creeks Team Challenge Course, a EuroBungy Zone (half trampoline / half Bungee jumping), a Laser Tag outdoor course and an Alpine Mountain Coaster for you to enjoy! ****The Waterfalls Spa, which is a full service salon, will be available throughout the Conference. Visit http://waterfalls-spa.com to see what services are provided and call (866) 948-3320 to book your appointment. There will also be a representative available in the hotel lobby during registration to book appointments.
How do I register for the Conference and Hotel Accommodations?

You will be able to pay by credit card online but checks and purchase orders must be sent to NYWLE PO Box 38052, Albany NY 12203. You MUST register online regardless of your form of payment. What is included with your registration fee?
Your registration fee includes attendance at all training sessions,

There are NO SAFEs in the rooms so please make other arrangements to secure your weapons (trunk, vehicle safe, cable lock, trigger lock, etc.)
When does the conference start?
Conference registration will open from 11:00am – 12:30pm in the lobby of the Hope Lake Lodge.
During registration, the Waterfall Spa will be offering free chair massages in the hotel lobby.
Lunch will begin at 11:30am in the TRAX Pub & Grill (included in your registration fee).
The conference program will commence promptly at 12:30pm
What should I wear?
Attire for the training sessions is business casual.
All uniformed personnel should bring a uniform for a group photograph (Wed @ 3:45pm).
Attire for the Banquet is semi-formal.
Fitness attire for fitness activities (optional).
How do I support this year’s community service event?
In conjunction with our conference, we will continue our tradition of providing assistance to the community and will be partnering with the YWCA of Cortland NY “Aid to Victims of Violence”. Check out their website at http://cortlandywca.org. In summary, Aid to Victims of Violence provides comprehensives services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and other crimes. Through advocacy, crisis intervention, Legal referrals, phone counseling, support counseling, support groups, safe housing, Crime Victims Compensation Assistance and prevention education, the YWCA is empowering victims of abuse to live their lives free of abuse and oppression.
