NYWLE is proud to announce the 2024 Annual NYWLE Training Conference to be held at The Conference Center at Lake Placid, 2634 Main Street, Lake Placid, NY 12946

The agenda will include several dynamic criminal justice speakers in their fields of expertise. Anticipated topics include:

Community Trust Building, Trauma Informed Approach to Lockdown Drills, Extreme Risk Protection Orders, Trauma Informed Interviews, Social Media and Communications, Personal Finance, Leadership, Legal Updates, Warrior Versus Guardian Policing, Be the Change, and Resilience in Law Enforcement.

Registration fees are $225.00 for current 2024 NYWLE members and $300.00 for non-members. This fee includes all training, a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and a Lunch and Banquet Dinner on Thursday.

Lodging arrangements are separate and can be made directly with the Crowne Plaza Lake Placid located at 101 Olympic Drive in Lake Placid via the link below. The government rate is $169.00 per night but is subject to change October 1st when new U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) rates are published.
